The Process
The adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality Assurance Specifications govern all stages of the operation, from vendor approval, in-process controls through to final inspection, microbiological testing and release of the finished product. The manufacturing process is managed and overseen by our team of chemists, production engineers and quality managers to ensure precision, quality and efficiency in every aspect.
We currently have the capacity to manufacture and fill up to 500 batches annually, in sizes ranging from 50kg up to 5000kg. For larger quantities, our existing customers will order multiple batches, which can then be dispatched in stages or in totality. Our warehouse, maintained, organised and operated by a dedicated manager, has the capacity to hold multiple batches for each of our customers prior to dispatch or distribution. We also have the capacity to manufacture small-scale batches in our laboratory.
We also have clean-room facilities suitable for the manufacture and filling of liquids and gels.
Equipment
Modern manufacturing and filling equipment is employed in the manufacture and filling of cosmetic creams, lotions, gels and liquids. A variety of filling equipment is available to ensure efficient filling and packing of bottles, jars and tubes and other containers. Our equipment is capable of filling any of our batch sizes into any container.
We continue to invest in the upgrading of the existing facility and the installation of new and improved equipment, further increasing our capacity and competitiveness.
Packaging
While it is normal for customers to supply the required components, packaging and labels and in some cases specific raw materials, we are in a position to advise and counsel on all issues facing our customers. Many of our existing customers rely on our quality processes to ensure the ongoing quality of their packaging and components and we continue to advise our clients on their legal and regulatory compliance in packaging and labeling requirements.
